Our sail from Broad Cove into Boothbay was unfortunatley a 10 hour motor sail. No wind to speak of to help us along. The ocean was choppy and confused looking. It seemed to rock us from every direction. The girls had a ball jumping on deck at the bow with the waves and dangling their feet off the edges to get wet, completely unaffected while I barfed over the leward rail for a good 10 minutes.

Hey Kirsten,
ReplyDeleteLove the blog. Where will you be anchored when Bill passes?
Hugs to all,

You blog is interesting. Looks like you are adjusting well and the girls are doing much better than the parents. Keep up the good work. I will be on the Chesapeake Labor day week and again around the second week in October, (Annapolis boat show). Give me a hollar if our travels will overlap.

Your mistery bird is a common tern. Hope you find safe shelter for this weekend's downpours if Danni goes as projected.
